Class Rosters

You can access the class roster page by clicking on the roster icon in the navigation bar.

On the Rosters page, you can view all the teachers and their current class sizes. Clicking on the Students button will take you to the student directory for that teacher.

All Students

Note

You can access the student directory page by clicking on the student icon in the navigation bar.

The student directory page displays all students in the school. You can search for a specific student by typing their name in the search bar, or you can filter by their status. Similar to the status section on the Teacher Dashboard, you’ll be able to see if a student is assigned to their default room or if they have transferred.

Clicking on the Details button will take you to the student details page.

Student Details

On the details page, you can view the student’s information, including their current location and status as well as a history of their requests.

Note

Teachers also have the ability to manually assign a student to their room for a given day. This is similar to how students make requests however, the request will automatically be approved if made by a teacher.
